Level playing field for tax

As Trusts are becoming more commercial in outlook, it is important that there is a level playing field
between NHS bodies and commercial businesses offering similar services.

The Forum would like to know what areas of concern you have about the differing tax treatment
between the NHS and business, covering both direct and indirect tax.
